Week of: January 30-Feb. 3, 2012

Monday: Review the requirements for the Performance Poetry Project (due Thurs., Feb. 9th).

Tuesday: Complete the "Library Task Sheet" at the LRC today.

Wednesday: Complete the take-home quiz on the poems that we read in class, "Annabel Lee" and "Martin Luther King."

Thursday: Complete the "Alliteration" practice worksheet.

Friday: Complete the take-home quiz on the three poems that we read in class today ("Full Fathom Five," etc.).  Also, complete the "Identifying Alliteration and Onomatopoeia in Poetry" worksheet.  Additionally, the Poetry Unit Test is next week on Tuesday, Feb. 7th (study your Notebook Notes, any graded handouts from class, etc.).  Likewise, the Poetry Cafe` will be held on Thurs., Feb. 9th, so start to memorize your poem by a published poet (with one prop and body movement) for your Performance Poetry Project this weekend!
