For many years, Viking was not part of any conference. In 1991 - 1992, Viking joined the Northwest Suburban Grade School Conference. Viking currently competes against Antioch, Beach Park, Gavin, Lake Villa (Palombi), Magee, Round Lake, and Woodland.
